We are a small group of dedicated volunteers actively growing as the need for our services continues to increase. Our volunteers are involved in all service programs, administrative aspects of policy-making, fundraising, evaluation and management.

Service programs consist of:
- delivering self-empowerment programs to elementary schools
- facilitating parent education
- casework services
- community awareness/public speaking
- office assistance/answer Stressline
- special projects/special events
