We're planning our 3rd annual Feet Forward for Families Event for Saturday, April 4, 2009 at White Rock's Winfrey Point. This exciting event combines the DRC's Best of Times Age-Handicapped 5-Mile Run/Kid's K with family festivities following the running events. The Kid's K is a 1 kilometer fun run for kids up to the age of 12.

For the last two years Family Outreach Centers had a combined total of 66 runners in the White Rock Marathon. This year, our foot-friendlier event is something all ages will enjoy. Thanks goes to the Dallas Running Clubfor hosting this running event.

Family Outreach Dallas delivers vital programs, including child abuse prevention, parenting classes and emergency assistance for families in need. Your participation will allow us to serve more families.

So, get your running shoes and register now to join us to make a difference in the lives of children.
